Click on Register as Agent

Follow the steps to create your profile.

Complete Background check . Results in 24-48 hours.
Complete voice assessment. 5 Min (Make sure to provide your undivided attention when taking the assessment. Make sure to keep your voice in a professional and upbeat tone and most importantly take the assessment in a quiet noise free environment to avoid any background noise during the test.)
Run the technical check to make sure your computer is working properly. The results will let you know what needs to be corrected for our system. After background check and voice assessment ,you can then:
Select a Client Certification Course of your interest. (*Note: placement in class not guaranteed enrollment until Certification Fees are paid.
